Skipper Threat Assess provides intelligence, information and video feeds to emergency first responders. It is intended for police department and other law enforcement agencies to work in conjunction with school districts, hospital and other facilites that would like to provide detail information to first responders.
It enables the sharing of video feeds from security cameras with police officers in the case of an emergency.
